Job summary

Miller & Carter – Bath is seeking a proactive Sous Chef with a passion for great food and leading a kitchen team. You’ll run a section, train staff, and support the Head Chef with ordering, prep and stock control, ensuring the branded menu is executed to a high standard.

You will manage Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team, uphold health and hygiene regulations, and help deliver dishes that make guests smile. The role offers opportunities to grow and progress within Mitchells & Butler’s kitchen

As a Sous Chef you will have a passion for serving great food, training great people, and leaving a smile on our guests' faces. You’ll run a section, ensuring your team works together as one and will lead the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
