Brig o' Doon House Hotel, part of the RAD Hotel Group, is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join its culinary team. The role supports the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional dining experiences at one of Scotland's premium destinations, renowned for weddings, events and outstanding guest service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef in a quality venue.
• Passion for creating high-quality dishes using fresh ingredients.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a busy kitchen team.
• Experience with Procure Wizard is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
