As a Sourcing Specialist, you will take ownership of the sourcing and buying process. You will support cross-functional teams on various projects, utilizing your market knowledge and vendor relationships to build trusted partnerships with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing supplier relationships to understand the business, gather market intelligence, assess risk, and ensure compliance with KPIs.
• Providing guidance to cross-functional teams to support projects, procedures, and processes.
• Overseeing the sourcing and purchasing process to ensure products meet quality, specifications, and budget requirements.
• Managing purchase operations to meet budget, on-time delivery, and productivity targets.

Work Experience

To succeed in this role, you should:

• Have experience in sourcing, buying, procurement, or roles involving negotiation.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
• Be quick to learn new products and business areas.
• Be proactive and self-motivated in problem-solving.
• Approach problems analytically and be results-driven.
• Possess some knowledge of general accounting in SAP.
