Club L London is seeking an experienced Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to own supplier relationships and drive performance across our global supplier base. You will collaborate with Design, Product, Production and Technical teams, supporting onboarding, capability assessments and strategic supplier decisions.

We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Supplier Relationship Manager – Sourcing to take ownership of supplier relationships and support the development and performance of our global supplier base.
The role will be responsible for building strong, long-term supplier partnerships, understanding supplier capabilities, monitoring performance and ensuring the right suppliers are allocated to the right opportunities.
Working closely with the Design, Product, Production and Technical teams, the role will provide supplier insight and recommendations while supporting the Head of Sourcing with supplier onboarding, supplier performance and business terms negotiations.
Build and maintain strong, professional and long-term relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Act as a key point of contact between the business and supplier base.
Develop a strong understanding of each supplier's capabilities, capacity, strengths and areas for development.
Establish regular communication and supplier review processes.
Provide clear, constructive and timely feedback to suppliers.
Build supplier accountability while maintaining positive and collaborative relationships.
Develop strong supplier partnerships that support the long-term sourcing strategy.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of supplier capabilities, capacity and performance.
Support the Design and Product teams with supplier allocation recommendations based on supplier capabilities and business requirements.
Ensure allocations are appropriate for supplier capacity, expertise and delivery capability.
Monitor supplier workload and capacity to identify potential risks.
Recommend alternative or additional suppliers where required.
Support the Head of Sourcing with supplier strategy and allocation decisions.
Monitor supplier performance across quality, delivery, communication and service.
Communicate performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Identify areas of underperformance and work collaboratively with suppliers to implement improvements.
Escalate significant or recurring issues to the Head of Sourcing.
Maintain accurate supplier performance records and contribute to regular supplier reviews.
Support the development of supplier improvement plans where required.
Support the Head of Sourcing with the identification, assessment and onboarding of new suppliers.
Assist with supplier due diligence and capability assessments.
Coordinate required supplier documentation and onboarding information.
Ensure new suppliers understand company expectations, processes and standards.
Support supplier introductions, factory visits and initial supplier reviews.
Support the Head of Sourcing with supplier business terms and commercial negotiations.
Assist with negotiations relating to payment terms, MOQs, lead times and other agreed commercial conditions.
Support the review of supplier proposals and commercial terms.
Identify opportunities to improve supplier value, efficiency and service.
Ensure agreed supplier terms are clearly communicated and maintained.
Support the Head of Sourcing in developing and maintaining the overall supplier strategy.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and diversify the supplier base.
Research and identify potential new suppliers and manufacturing partners.
Support supplier rationalisation and strategic supplier reviews.
Provide market and supplier insight to support sourcing decisions.

Proven experience in fashion sourcing, supplier management or a similar role.
Strong experience managing supplier relationships across international markets.
Good understanding of garment manufacturing and supplier capabilities.
Strong communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
Confident negotiating with suppliers and managing commercial discussions.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Ability to manage multiple suppliers and priorities effectively.
Confident using reporting systems and AI tools to analyse supplier data and support decision-making.
Confident providing feedback and challenging suppliers where required.
Willingness to travel internationally to visit suppliers and manufacturing partners.
