Nexus People is hiring Sortation Operatives in Wednesbury to join our team. Full-time shifts available, working 6 out of 7 days with weekend work required. No warehouse experience needed—just a positive attitude and team spirit.

You will sort parcels, load/unload, use hand scanners, and help hit daily targets. We offer weekly pay, on-the-job training, and a friendly, inclusive team in a safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required; just the right attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Full-time shifts commitment is required.
• Able to lift items and work on your feet in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels across inbound and outbound departments.
• Load and unload goods from HGVs.
• Use hand scanners and other equipment (training provided).
• Operate pump trucks and pull cages.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
• Work with your team to hit daily targets.
