Job summary

Nexus People is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our sortation team in Lutterworth, near Rugby. You will sort, load, unload parcels and operate scanners, with full training provided. Flexible to work day and night shifts on a 4 on/4 off pattern.

No prior experience is required; we value a positive attitude and good English. After 13 weeks the contract may transfer to permanent, with weekly pay and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must be able to work full-time shifts (4 on/4 off).
• Ability to travel to the site and work in a busy warehouse.
• Physically capable of lifting items within safe limits.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels across inbound and outbound areas.
• Load and unload parcels as directed.
• Operate hand scanners and other equipment with training.
• Operate pump trucks and pull cages as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organized; hit daily targets.
