Nexus People is seeking Parcel Sorters to join their site near Coventry, working full-time on 4-on/4-off rotations with day and night shifts. Training is provided; no prior experience is required, but a good level of English is essential for safety and teamwork.

Roles involve sorting, loading/unloading, and operating hand scanners and equipment. Travel to the site is required, and applicants must be able to commit to full shifts while supporting a diverse, supportive team.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; right attitude and willingness to learn.
• Full-time shifts; student applications not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Sort parcels across inbound and outbound departments.
• Load and unload parcels.
• Use hand scanners and other equipment (training provided).
• Operate pump trucks and pull cages.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and organised.
• Work with your team to hit daily targets.
