Job summary

DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Sortation Manager for our Hinckley hub to lead high-volume sortation operations and ensure accurate processing for customer deliveries.

You will manage a small team, monitor KPI targets, and analyse data to improve sorter efficiency while maintaining safety and compliance. A full UK driving licence is essential, with a permanent, 40-hour weekly contract and a Monday–Friday shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with demonstrable people leadership.
• Proven ability to lead an operation while being data driven.
• Strong analytical skills to process large data sets and generate reports.
• Excellent communication, motivation and team management skills.
• Capable of decisive problem-solving and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team overseeing the plant sortation system and equipment.
• Work to KPI targets to maximise efficiency and service quality.
• Analyse data to optimise sorter usage and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental policies are followed to a high standard.
• Support on-time parcel routing and ensure cut-off targets are met.
