DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Sortation Manager for our new Hub Operation in Hinckley. You will lead high-volume sortation and a team of warehouse operatives to ensure accurate parcel processing for customer deliveries.

The role emphasizes engagement, discipline in KPI targets, and proactive problem resolution. Applicants should bring strong leadership, robust communication, and a UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast paced operation with people management responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Decisive and effective decision making, problem resolution and time management.
• Demonstrate resilience, self-motivation and flexibility.
• Excellent computer skills including Google Chrome applications and reporting tools.
• Ability to perform comprehensive reporting and data analysis.
• Vigilant to detect and act on unlawful activity.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse operatives to ensure accurate sortation in line with KPIs.
• Oversee unloading/loading of trailers and timely departure to network of Depots.
• Manage operational procedures and resolve problems while maintaining quality.
• Drive hub objectives for health & safety, productivity and cost.
• Maintain engagement, organization and motivation across the team.
