Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced administrator to ensure policies, SOPs and procedures are kept up to date and followed across the division.

You will oversee ordering, receipting, storage and controlled usage of materials for acute estates services, maintain official records, handle concerns and complaints in line with Atlas procedures, and participate in national and regional external groups. Benchmarking with datasets to drive continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Ensure divisional SOPs, policies and procedures are kept up to date.
• Oversee ordering, receipting, storage and controlled usage of materials for acute estates services.
• Maintain official records and respond to concerns/complaints per Atlas procedures, with representation in national/regional external groups.
• Undertake benchmarking exercises with appropriate datasets to seek continuous improvement ideas.
