Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a coordinated and proactive post holder to manage the procurement, storage and distribution of medicines and medical devices across the trust. You will supervise pharmacy support staff, plan workloads, and support recruitment and training to continually improve patient care.

Responsibilities include ensuring timely access to medicines, maintaining high safety standards, and contributing to departmental KPIs and quality improvements within a NHS

• Supervise pharmacy support staff and manage rotas, sickness and annual leave.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and departmental standards.
• Support delivery of KPIs and quality improvement initiatives.
• Use pharmacy computer systems to support purchasing and stock control.
