Job summary

Lucky Cat by Gordon Ramsay is seeking a talented Sommelier to join the team, bringing wine expertise to enhance guest experiences. You will recommend wines, support junior colleagues, and learn from senior staff while building rapport with guests.

The ideal candidate holds WSET Level 2 or equivalent and is eager to share knowledge with the team, contributing to the high standards of service and beverage presentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong understanding of wine and guest service.
• WSET Level 2 qualification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to train and share wine knowledge with junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and sell wines to guests to complement meals and enhance experience.
• Learn from Head Sommelier and support senior team members.
• Build rapport with guests and work collaboratively with the team.
