Job summary

Roche Holding AG is seeking a Solutions Owner for Content & Digital Experience in the UK to lead end-to-end content and DX integrity. You will own marketing automation, asset management, consent and registration, web experiences and webinar platforms, ensuring high-quality customer experiences for marketers, Medical Affairs and Field teams.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience in the backend of content management and digital asset management systems.

• Ability to translate digital strategy into high-performance technical requirements with Marketing, Medical and Field colleagues.

• Own the UK's local instance and backend configuration for content and digital experience platforms.
• Own identity management systems and our promotional asset platform, including claims and asset management.
• Act as the key contact for our internal content creation service, increasing UK adoption.
• Serve as the UK lead for AI-driven content creation and review platforms.
• Build and maintain the technical pipelines between content hubs and deployment platforms.

The Position

The Solutions Owner for Content & Digital Experience is a lead responsible for the end-to-end integrity of the UK's digital content and experience ecosystem. You own the strategic roadmap for our marketing automation, digital asset management, consent and registration, web experience and webinar platforms. You ensure Marketers, Medical Affairs and Field teams can deploy high-quality customer experiences.

While Marketers create content and Journey Orchestrators build journeys, you build the digital foundation: the master web templates, automated asset workflows and GenAI integrations that make their work possible. Roche is introducing new tools, technologies and processes and embracing AI and data, and this role is critical to leading that change.

The Opportunity

• You own the UK's local instance and backend configuration for content and digital experience platforms.
• You own identity management systems and our promotional asset platform, including claims and asset management.
• You act as the key contact for our internal content creation service, increasing UK adoption of it.
• You serve as the UK lead for AI-driven content creation and review platforms.
• You build and maintain the technical pipes between content hubs and deployment platforms so assets flow and are tagged correctly.
• You partner global product owners to influence the fundamental build of digital tools and set quality standards for global operational teams.
• You provide daily technical mentorship to the Journey Orchestrators and design the compliance safety nets that let the business move at pace.

Who you are

• You bring deep, hands-on experience in the backend of content management and digital asset management systems.
• You understand web logic, HTML and CSS basics, and asset metadata schemas.
• You are familiar with GenAI tools and automated content creation workflows.
• You translate digital strategy into high-performance technical requirements with Marketing, Medical and Field colleagues.
• You are willing to perform hands-on administration to ensure business continuity during peak periods.

Preferred

• Experience with the Adobe stack, including Experience Manager, Campaign and Express.
• Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
• Experience with consent and identity management (CIAM) systems.

Relocation support is available for internal Roche candidates moving to the UK from another Roche affiliate.
