RLDatix is seeking a UK-based Solutions Marketing Executive to join our Product & Solution Marketing team. You will help strengthen go-to-market capabilities and position our healthcare offerings for success in competitive markets.

You will develop clear messaging, support product launches, and use market, customer, and campaign insights to optimize positioning and drive adoption and revenue growth. The role requires travel across the UK & Ireland and the ability to work remotely as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in Product Marketing or Solutions Marketing with launches experience.
• Experience using market and competitor insights to shape GTM strategies.
• Ability to evaluate campaigns with analytics and ROI reporting.
• Strong messaging that translates product capabilities into business value.
• User-centric approach with journey insights to improve positioning and adoption.
• Collaborates effectively across Sales, Product Management, Growth Marketing, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, market segments and competitors to identify opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities for product and solution launches across teams.
• Develop clear messaging translating capabilities into business value for target customers.
