Job summary

SAP Fioneer is seeking a Lending Solutions Lead to shape our technology roadmap and GTM strategy for the lending domain. You will bridge business and technology, translating requirements into scalable, cloud-based architectures and engaging with customers to drive digital transformation.

The role involves working with the Lending team to deliver end-to-end solutions, collaborating with Sales and international teams, and travelling to support clients across the UK and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise-scale lending platforms and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of loan servicing, collateral management and loan origination in financial services.
• Proven track record leading complex architecture initiatives and managing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Go-To-Market strategy for the Lending division across the EMEA market.
• Own the GTM strategy for client segments such as Commercial Banking or Development Banks.
• Design and lead enterprise and software architecture initiatives for lending solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, cloud-based architectures.
• Collaborate with Sales to respond to RfI/RfP and close new business.
• Prepare demos of our solutions for customers and prospects.
• Build deep client relationships in the UK and beyond.
• Coordinate with international cross-functional teams for end-to-end integration.

Our Lending team at SAP Fioneer is growing and we are looking for someone with the determination to shape our technology roadmap and help drive our Go-to-Market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Help drive our Go-To-Market strategy for the Lending division across the EMEA market
• Own the Go-To-Market strategy for one of our client segments, such as Commercial Banking or Development Banks
• Design and lead enterprise and software architecture initiatives for lending solutions – including core loan servicing, collateral management and loan origination
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and cloud-based architectures
• Respond to customer requests (including pre-RfI, RfI and RfP) and work with our Sales team to close new business
• Prepare demos of our solutions to potential and existing customers
• Build deep and meaningful client relationships with prospective and current clients in the UK and beyond
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution integration

Requirements

• Strong experience in enterprise, software, and cloud architecturefor lending solutions
• Strong understanding of financial services processes, including loan servicing, collateral management and loan origination process
• Experience implementing lending transformation projectsProven track record in leading complex architecture initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A degree ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or Finance
• Willingness to travel and support clients internationally
• To differentiate yourself, experience with SAP banking domain solutions
