Solutions Engineering Team Leader

A unique opportunity for a Solutions Engineering Team Lead to work within a software house based in London, supporting pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding new clients. This role is within a rapidly growing, successful software company with abundant progression opportunities. It is ideal for a Senior Solutions Engineering professional seeking to advance their career in one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies.

Location: London, UK - 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

Salary: £75,000 + OTE bonus per annum + benefits

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Solutions Engineering, including mentoring junior engineers
• 2.1 or 1st class degree and at least ABB at A Level (or international equivalent)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, in-person or remote
• Keen interest in understanding customer challenges
• Genuine passion for technology and quick technical learner
• For graduates: completed internships or summer roles in customer-facing tech positions

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and manage junior team members
• Evaluate customer use cases and provide tailored guidance
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and resources
• Act as a technical authority and assist sales in demonstrating solutions
• Create APIs, SDKs, and support materials for better developer experience
• Collaborate with sales and support teams for seamless integrations
• Coordinate with support to resolve technical issues
• Gather feedback to improve workflows and documentation
