Role Overview:

SalesAPE.ai seeks a highly motivated B2B Solutions Engineer to understand our product and client needs deeply, finding solutions that drive the best results. You will be key in understanding client needs, demonstrating our AI SDR capabilities, and assisting in deploying our technology efficiently. This role is ideal for a self-managing, growth-oriented individual with a proven track record in self-learning and skill enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deeply understanding the technical deployments of our AI agents that drive optimal customer experiences and ROI.
  2. Joining sales calls to listen to client problems and identify features needed to create value.
  3. Providing technical support and consultation during calls.
  4. Reviewing AI agent interactions daily, creating structured action plans for improvements.
  5. Working directly with clients to implement improvements and systematize these at scale with the customer success team.
  6. Designing AI agent prompts and structuring knowledge bases hands-on.
  7. Providing feedback to the product team on feature improvements based on client needs.
  8. Completing security questionnaires and explaining data use to clients.
  9. Providing weekly performance reports with suggestions for value enhancement.
  10. Ultimately responsible for client retention beyond month 3, whether proof of concept or full contracts.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about the latest technology.
  • Experienced with automation and AI prompt design.
  • No coding needed, but a creative, hands-on approach to technology.
  • Excellent communicator with client service or account management experience.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C sales journeys.
  • Self-managing with a strong growth mindset.
  • Proven self-learner through books, courses, etc.
  • Top performer in previous roles.
  • Skilled in digital communication, especially video calls.
