Job summary
The Solutions Development Executive - Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) will strategically pursue new ALM enterprise customers within key industries in both local and international UK-based markets. The role focuses on new customer acquisition and building deep relationships, delivering tailored ALM solutions to meet complex customer needs.
Your role in our mission:
- Lead the UK ALM Sales Strategy within a defined book of enterprise accounts, developing and executing a sales plan to prospect and cultivate new business opportunities to meet sales quotas.
- Create and deliver regional sales strategies aligned with target achievement, including sales initiatives and leadership buy-in.
- Utilize industry expertise, networks, and business development skills to uncover new opportunities and establish relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Lead complex solution development to create customized ALM strategies aligned with customer goals.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from opportunity identification to contract activation.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to clients.
- Negotiate client service contracts and SLAs to maximize value for the company and clients.
Valued skills and experience:
- Proven success in selling IT solutions to senior executives.
- Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management, business processes, and IT Asset Disposition sales.
- Deep industry experience in ALM and existing relationships with ITAD buyers in enterprise verticals.
- Experience selling complex IT services into large customer environments.
- Successful track record managing a business book, breaking into new accounts, and closing high-value opportunities.
