Job summary

Picture More Ltd. is seeking a Solutions Developer to design, build and support business applications, data solutions and automation using Microsoft Power Platform.

You will work with stakeholders across Legal and Business Services to improve processes, enhance data quality and deliver integrations, reporting and governance solutions. You will design, build and maintain Power Apps, Dataverse integrations, and Power Automate workflows, while collaborating with Teams on Power Platform integrations

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Microsoft 365 integration experience (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and Azure services.
• Power BI development, SQL Server/T-SQL, and REST API experience.
• Experience with ALM, source control (Azure DevOps or Git) and Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate workflows.
• Develop and maintain Dataverse integrations, and troubleshoot application, workflow and data issues.
• Gather and translate business requirements into technical designs; run workshops and demo solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL Server and third-party systems via APIs.
• Support Power BI reporting and data visualisation initiatives.
• Apply role-based security, governance standards and ALM/deployment best practice.
• Provide ongoing support, monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.

About our client

Our client is a global law firm known for high-quality legal services. We are looking for a Solutions Developer to design, build and support business applications, data solutions and automation across their Applications and Data & BI teams, using Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. You'll work with stakeholders across Legal and Business Services to improve processes, enhance data quality and deliver integrations, reporting and governance solutions.

Desirable:

• Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, Intapp/Boomi, Dynamics CRM, or Azure Functions/C#/.NET.

Working pattern

Standard hours are 09:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work for system maintenance.

Hybrid working applies, with a minimum of 40% of the week in the client's London office.
