Job summary

Carta is seeking a Solutions Consultant for its EU Investors team. You will collaborate with Go-To-Market on sales cycles, advise venture capital and private equity funds on fund administration, portfolio management and investor relations.

You will work with Fund Admin, Product and Delivery teams to scope solutions and drive revenue growth. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in accounting, in-depth understanding of fund structures, and a strong communication track record with finance and legal

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with 7+ years in accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Private Equity, Venture Capital or Private Credit.
• Experience with private markets and Luxembourg fund structures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions and demos with investment firms.
• Collaborate with Fund Admin, Delivery and Product teams on sales cycles.
• Provide financial and product expertise to advance quarterly revenue goals.
