Qualifications

• 15+ years in client-facing roles with fund accounting or related advisory experience.
• Proven leadership of fund accounting teams across Europe and growth-focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of VC/PE fund structures and European regulatory landscape.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the European fund accounting team with a focus on quality and timely delivery.
• Oversee accounting standards, controls, and complex matters for audits and client reporting.
• Drive efficiency across VC/PE delivery, including data collection and client onboarding.
• Expand Carta’s European fund administration footprint while maintaining service excellence.
