Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need a solid background in dealing with integration through API, SQL queries whilst being able to read scripts and interact with developers at technical level. You must be able to drive collaboration between technical teams and understand client requirements based on knowledge of solutions. Must be able to configure and guide client.
We're looking for a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys solving problems and helping others. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as you'll need to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, focused team environment, able to work independently while contributing to the team's success.
The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise them effectively, even with competing deadlines, is crucial. You'll need strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Influencing decisions and socialising ideas without direct authority will be part of your daily routine, so being persuasive and collaborative is important.
A natural curiosity and a desire to learn, both independently and by asking questions, will serve you well. Finally, you should be self-sufficient in handling at least five types of billable projects, showcasing your versatility and expertise.
