Job summary

MSP in the West Midlands is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to strengthen its Pre-Sales and technical architecture capability, translating customer requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.

You will conduct technical governance, reviews and audits to ensure designs meet Secure by Design and Zero Trust principles, while collaborating with Sales, Service Delivery and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Solutions Architect or similar (Technical Architect / Pre-Sales).
• Experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Solid understanding of identity, authentication, governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customers and translate requirements into architectures.
• Produce and review high-level and low-level designs and technical roadmaps.
• Conduct infrastructure, cloud readiness and security assessments; audit existing designs.
• Identify risks and gaps; provide technical leadership through the sales lifecycle.
• Create and review proposals, statements of work and scope documentation.
• Present solutions to stakeholders from IT teams to senior leadership.
