Job summary

Dotfile is seeking a highly technical Solutions Consultant to own the full customer journey from pre‑sales to implementation. You will bridge Sales, Product and Engineering, deliver compelling demos, and guide onboarding, integration and adoption of the Dotfile platform for customers worldwide.

You will work with prospects to design tailored solutions, respond to questions in RFPs, and act as the primary technical contact for accounts, ensuring value and long‑term success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or similar
• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and integration patterns
• Ability to design technical architectures and explain complex concepts to varied audiences
• Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Consultative approach to translate business challenges into technical requirements

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical advisor during the sales process and design customer solutions
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand workflows and integration needs
• Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects
• Design and present tailored technical architectures for prospects
• Create technical proposals, documentation, and integration plans
• Respond to technical questions in RFPs and security questionnaires
• Be the primary technical point of contact during onboarding
• Manage onboarding, integration, configuration, and deployment
• Build strong customer relationships for long-term success
• Provide troubleshooting and technical guidance to customers
• Monitor usage for optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on requirements and roadmap
• Stay updated on regulations and market trends
• Contribute to technical collateral and training materials
