As the Solution Architect, Movement, you will design and govern the solution landscape for new and existing systems to ensure the Technology solutions directly support the business landscape. The person will provide hands-on architecture and design of the solution and map these into the strategic direction to ensure the future-proofing of Primark's Technology systems.

You will work alongside the Movement Tech team to ensure all designs for solutions meet Primark requirements and the business case. This role will work closely with our chosen technology partners on our depot investment programme.

• Provides thought leadership in Solution Design, Product Architecture, and Technology strategy, creating cost-optimized, scalable solutions, and fostering innovation.
• Guides multi-functional teams through project planning and large collaborations, promoting open communication and problem-solving.
• Works closely with Primark's technology partners to implement solutions aligned with standards, challenging the status quo when necessary.
• Develops a long-term vision for technologies and solutions, collaborating on technology roadmaps, researching solutions, and recommending options to meet business needs.

What You'll Bring

We value authenticity and key experience, including:

• Degree in Computing, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience with mission-critical High Availability design and deployment in high transaction environments.
• Managing complex integration projects under pressure.
• Supply Chain solution design, implementation, and management experience.
• Knowledge of Warehouse processes and systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and team motivation abilities.
• Ability to hold partners accountable and push back when necessary.
• Experience with TOGAF and ITIL methodologies.
