Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect to join our passionate and driven team. The role works in the private sector division and will create solutions for integrated and bundled FM services, for a range of complex client requirements. Ideally from an operational background, with experience of different sectors. Hard FM and soft understanding is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep knowledge of the OCS Group, building both horizontal and vertical relationships with business leaders and operations to facilitate bidding.
- Work closely with key account and sales directors to proactively develop and implement the bid process.
- Manage bid activity on behalf of business development teams, including deal planning, solution design, bid development, submission, and handover to mobilisation.
- Research potential clients and understand their requirements through direct interaction.
- Organise and facilitate go/no go sessions, bid kick-offs, and solution meetings.
- Create persuasive and informative written content.
- Develop and own visual and written content supporting propositions and key messages.
- Attend Business Development SLT meetings to discuss major bids and opportunities.
About You:
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Educated to degree/HND or equivalent
- Experience in bid/proposal management with a track record of winning bids
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong leadership in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills in English, with attention to detail
- Customer-facing experience and ability to lead bid workshops and presentations
- Innovative mindset and critical evaluation skills
