Job Description

1. 12+ years CRM experience with a minimum of 3 years in the public sector or Energy & Utilities Services domain.
2. Must have worked on PSS cloud; GDS understanding is a plus.
3. CRM/Salesforce solution experience is advantageous.
4. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate them across disparate systems.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new concepts, business models, and technologies.
6. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to solve business and technical challenges.
8. Serve as a Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for clients.
9. Lead thought leadership initiatives in the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities industry, including business process innovation workshops.
10. Lead business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identify touchpoints in multi-cloud implementations.
11. Assess customer business requirements, co-create future vision, and map solutions on Salesforce platform.
12. Contribute to defining target architecture, phasing, roadmap, and transition architecture.
13. Provide domain expertise to define solutions on the Salesforce 360 platform.
14. Assist clients in developing their CRM strategy and roadmap, supporting both quick wins and strategic goals using Salesforce and supporting technologies.
15. Work with clients to design and configure solutions based on complex business requirements.
16. Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams, and implementation partners to detail solutions and assess their value.
17. Review design and infrastructure blueprints; proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks.
18. Stay updated on industry trends, Salesforce updates, and competitive solutions.
