Job description

As an Associate Solutions Architect (m/f/d), you will support our team in designing and implementing customized solutions for the media industry. Our clients include TV and radio stations as well as production houses that rely on innovative and reliable broadcast systems. You will work within a motivated and experienced team to develop technological solutions that meet the demands of modern media operations. Additionally, you will support our customers directly on-site or remotely to ensure the smooth operation of all relevant media, broadcast, and IT systems.



Your Tasks
  • Assist in developing and implementing broadcast systems for TV and radio studios.
  • Analyze technical requirements of customers and propose suitable solutions.
  • Create technical concepts and architectures for customized systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet project requirements.
  • Provide technical support for installation, configuration, and testing of broadcast hardware and software.
  • Support customers beyond normal working hours if necessary and participate in on-call duties.
  • Conduct testing, error analysis, documentation, problem resolution, and vendor management, including on-site assignments.
  • Document solutions and create training materials for customers.
  • Perform acceptance tests and support on-air processes.
  • Attend customer meetings and assist the sales team with technical advice.

Your Profile
  • Degree in Media Technology, Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Initial experience with broadcast technologies and systems, preferably in TV or radio studios.
  • Basic knowledge of IP networks and IT infrastructures is advantageous.
  • Interest in developing as a solutions architect and enthusiasm for modern media technologies.
  • Experience in system maintenance, technical service, and support is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset, teamwork skills, and strong communication abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Proficiency in English.
