What are we looking for?

Searce is looking for a Solutions Architect who is passionate about helping customers with data and analytics applications at scale. Our Data and Analytics practice team has experienced technology consultants who have built awesome architectures.

They possess technical breadth to understand the entire spectrum of infrastructure, data, and application solutions and can troubleshoot errors on the console. The Solutions Architect will work directly with some of our largest and fastest-growing customers to enable innovation through continuous deployment of cloud technology stacks and advanced cloud solutions.

What you'll do as a Solutions Architect with us?

• Create solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using Google products like Pub/Sub, DataFlow, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, and Looker.
• Create solution architectures for Data Engineering and Analytics projects using AWS products like S3, Redshift, QuickSight, and SageMaker.
• Build high-performance, scalable architecture presentations and generate Statements of Work (SOW) for Data Engineering and Analytics projects.
• Participate in pre-sales activities for Data Engineering projects involving IoT, Streaming Data, Unstructured Data, and other data sources.
• Lead technical discussions on analytics architecture and guide the team.
• Stay updated with new architectures and AWS products.
• Act as a Searce Cloud evangelist, educating customers on the value of our services and partner OEMs.
• Contribute to Searce’s customer-facing publications such as whitepapers, blogs, and proofs of concept.
• Collaborate with the sales team to formulate and execute strategies to exceed revenue targets through cloud services adoption.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders within customers to foster cloud advocacy.
• Share best practices within the Cloud Solutions Architect community.

What are the must-haves to join us?

While education is important, we primarily look for:

1. A result-oriented individual with passion, problem-solving skills, and the ability to articulate technical challenges effectively.
2. 5-9 years of experience in Data & Analytics domain, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience in solution design (Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Data Migration, Data Modeling, Big Data Technologies, etc.).
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and demos.
4. A consultative approach to solving customer challenges and overcoming technical and security objections.
5. Certification in AWS or GCP Cloud products (Solutions Architect).
