Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Solutions Architect (Customer Lake) to guide strategic customers through architecting and deploying a native, agentic CDP within the Lakehouse. You will work across marketing and data stakeholders, delivering demos, POCs, and engagements that demonstrate value and drive adoption.

You will partner with GTM leadership to craft high-impact engagement strategies and act as a trusted advisor to CMOs and data leaders, influencing product direction and ensuring customer success

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CDP/MarTech or data engineering.
• 3+ years in customer-facing roles (pre-sales/consulting).
• Experience with design/implementation of data and AI apps for marketing.
• Deep familiarity with CDP, martech/adtech platforms and identity resolution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to guide customers to successful implementations across data, identity, segmentation and activation.
• Collaborate with GTM and account teams to drive adoption and revenue across territory.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CMOs and marketing leaders to drive product adoption and lineage.
