Job summary

Thrive is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to support sales with technical expertise, participate in customer meetings and lead architecture discussions. The role requires deep experience across Microsoft 365, security, virtualization, hybrid cloud and networking to design scalable solutions.

You will collaborate with engineering and operations to keep service descriptions up to date and help win complex opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with a Managed/Cloud Service Provider in a Solutions Architect role.
• Ability to engage customers and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience with private/public cloud, Windows/Linux, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct technical support to sales executives and leadership.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and present Thrive solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to stay current on service capabilities.
• Create documentation and diagrams for solution completeness.
