Job summary

CNA Hardy in London is hiring a full-time Solutions Architect to shape enterprise-level solutions and connect technology with business outcomes across multiple projects and teams. The role offers flexible hybrid working and exposure to cloud-based and web architectures.

You will lead design discussions, guide delivery teams, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, while mentoring others and driving improvements to architectures, pipelines, and technical guardrails.

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise, distributed, and web-based architectures.
• Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience across full system development lifecycles.
• Solid knowledge of modern architecture approaches, including service-based and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence, guide, and collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, maintenance, and communication of solution designs across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Guide development teams through implementation, help overcome delivery challenges, and promote best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, delivery teams, and business stakeholders to support architectural alignment and successful delivery.
• Ensure solutions adhere to technical standards, guardrails, and architectural frameworks.
• Contribute to planning ceremonies, influence technology roadmaps, and drive improvements to systems, frameworks, and delivery pipelines.
