Responsibilities

The Role

We are currently hiring for a Solutions Architect in our London office to play a key role in designing and shaping enterprise-level solutions, ensuring alignment between technology and business outcomes while supporting delivery across multiple projects and teams.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Solution design ownership: Lead the creation, maintenance and communication of solution designs across projects, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Technical leadership: Provide guidance to development teams, supporting implementation, overcoming delivery challenges and promoting best practice.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with architects, delivery teams and business stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment and successful delivery outcomes.
• Architecture governance: Ensure adherence to technical standards, guardrails and architectural frameworks across all solutions.
• Continuous improvement & planning: Contribute to planning ceremonies, influence technology roadmaps and drive improvements to systems, frameworks and delivery pipelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Enterprise architecture expertise: Strong experience designing and implementing enterprise, distributed and web-based architectures.
• SDLC & delivery knowledge: Deep understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience across full system development lifecycles.
• Technical breadth: Solid knowledge of modern architecture approaches, including service-based and cloud-based systems.
• Stakeholder engagement: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, guide and collaborate across technical and business teams.
