Remuneration: Up to £95,000 + car + bonus + benefits

Entasis Partners are partnering with a specialist architecture consultancy to expand their expert team delivering strategic transformation across Government and Financial Services sectors.

About the Client

Our client is a niche, architecture-led advisory firm at the forefront of complex enterprise transformation. With a strong presence in public and financial services sectors, they specialise in solving real-world challenges through practical, scalable, and modern technology architectures.

What You’ll Do:

As a Solution Architect, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and guiding client solutions, drawing from a wide span of architectural disciplines and modern technologies. You’ll work with senior stakeholders, architecture teams, and delivery squads to:

• Lead the design and delivery of robust, scalable architectures across business, application and integration domains.
• Engage with clients to understand requirements, constraints, and strategic goals.
• Guide architectural decisions around cloud adoption, modernisation, and integration approaches.
• Provide hands-on leadership to development teams, often in an Agile environment.
• Shape technology roadmaps and influence senior decision-makers through technical leadership.
• Balance trade-offs between packaged solutions vs microservices, cloud vs on-premise, and product vs custom builds.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for Solution Architects who bring a balance of deep technical insight, delivery experience, and stakeholder-facing gravitas.

Key skills and experience include:

• Strong background in architecture leadership – ideally within large-scale or £MM programmes.
• Expertise in one or more of the following: architecture domains (application/integration), business domains (CRM, eCommerce), sectors, or vendor technologies (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, IBM).
• Experience across modern architectural approaches such as:
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile delivery and DevOps, Digital transformation enablement, Internet of Things (IoT).
• Familiarity with architecture modelling tools and frameworks (e.g. ArchiMate, UML, TOGAF).
• Ability to clearly articulate technical solutions, trade-offs, and business value to stakeholders.
• Strong appreciation for the people, process, and commercial aspects of architecture.
