Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a seasoned Solution Architect in the UK to optimise workflows and drive robust configurations across our platform. You will analyse customer processes, run structured UAT, and collaborate with project teams to plan implementations and trainings, ensuring high-quality delivery and ongoing improvements.

The role emphasizes documentation, data flows, and secure configurations, with a focus on scalable enterprise solutions and excellent problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in solution architecture, systems configuration, or technical implementation roles.
• Ability to interpret complex process maps and convert them into working systems.
• Experience with configurable platforms, workflow engines, or enterprise software solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a high level of technical literacy.
• Knowledge of Windows Server technologies; RDP, IIS configuration, server roles and features.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer processes and design optimised workflows within the product to align with business goals.
• Conduct thorough internal User Acceptance Testing using a structured testing‑criteria matrix to validate the accuracy of all processes within a web application.
• Build and implement complex configurations, automation, and data flows within the platform.
• Collaborate with Project and Implementation Managers during onboarding and expansions to assess technical requirements and define implementation plans.
• Create and maintain detailed configuration and workflow documentation for both internal and customer use.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to customers and internal teams on solution design and best practices.
• Gather feedback from customer implementations to inform product enhancements and internal processes.
• Assist with any third-party software integration, i.e. cameras used per program, printing operation and hardware, local network and folder sharing etc
• Upkeep certification and adhere to all Information Security Policies
