Job summary

RM Education is seeking a Hybrid-based Solutions Delivery professional to own client solutions from discovery to adoption. You will collaborate with product, engineering and operations to ensure scalable, well-governed implementations and measurable value for schools and education partners.

You will work with project managers and technical teams to manage risks, clarify requirements and drive timely delivery, while developing deep knowledge of RM’s product capabilities and ongoing evolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution ownership, business analysis, consulting, or delivery roles.
• Strong understanding of solution design, configuration, and delivery fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with client and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, configuration, and performance of solutions across a portfolio of clients.
• Manage the solution lifecycle from discovery through delivery, adoption, and optimisation.
• Act as a primary point of contact for solution-related discussions with client stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on solution design, configuration options, and adoption approaches.
• Collaborate with project managers, delivery teams, and technical specialists for coordinated execution.

  • Ensure delivery teams have clarity on scope, requirements, and expected outcomes.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned to roadmap direction.
  • Provide structured feedback and insights to help shape product improvements.
  • Support consistent application of solution governance and delivery practice.
