Job summary

Upland Software seeks an analytical, commercially-minded Solution Analyst to act as the front end of the solution‑innovation engine. You will transform market signals and stakeholder input into structured, actionable requirements, ensuring clear acceptance criteria before development begins.

You’ll work in fast two‑week cycles, use AI to accelerate discovery, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to validate, scale, or drop growth opportunities. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in business analysis, product discovery, solution consulting, or a related role.
• Strong requirements gathering experience, including workshops, interviews, process mapping, and requirements documentation.
• Demonstrated experience translating business needs into structured, actionable requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting commercial, operational, or market data.
• Comfortable using AI-powered research, analysis, and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Take in and validate opportunities from partner feedback, win/loss analysis, and market trends.
• Outline solution requirements that define the problem, map processes, and define acceptance criteria.
• Bridge business needs to solution design, translating into clear, testable requirements.
