In this role, you will shape and develop automated logistics and fulfilment solutions, collaborating across departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and design operational processes to maximize capacity and efficiency. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, think creatively, and develop innovative solutions that contribute to our success and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across property, operations, technology, and other departments to define business requirements.
• Analyze operational data and develop layouts to optimize capacity and efficiency.
• Use engineering insights to influence outcomes and educate others on technology opportunities and limitations.
• Support the creation of business cases for automation solutions.
• Lead or support the integration of automation technologies with our 3PL partners.
• Design future warehousing solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and promote sustainability.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Assess design quality against requirements and ensure alignment with automation plans.
• Conduct simulations and analyses to demonstrate benefits and ensure resilience and redundancy of equipment.
• Support operational testing and post-implementation improvements.

Who you are:

You are an experienced professional with a strong understanding of operational design, processes, and logistics fulfillment solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in engineering design and project management.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and their applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
