Job summary

ModusForce Limited is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design, assure and deliver high-quality HCM solutions, working closely with our Senior Solution Architect. The role centers on Dayforce or similar platforms and encompasses architecture responsibilities across HR, payroll and workforce management.

You will support end-to-end solution designs, produce technical artefacts and guide integration, data mapping and governance while mentoring junior consultants in a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in HCM consulting, system implementation and solution design.
• Dayforce experience preferred, exposure to other enterprise HCM platforms (Kronos, UKG) is relevant.
• Certifications in HCM platforms or enterprise architecture are an advantage.

We are now hiring an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and assurance of high-quality HCM solutions, working closely with our Senior Solution Architect. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting and technical experience in HCM (ideally Dayforce or a comparable platform such as Kronos or UKG) who is ready to step into architecture responsibilities.

You will play a key role in solution design, integration, and technical assurance activities across HR, payroll, and workforce management. As part of a growing team in a dynamic, scale-up environment, you'll need to be adaptable, hands-on, and excited to build solutions and processes.

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical field; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience: 3-5 years in HCM consulting, system implementation, and solution design. Dayforce experience preferred, but exposure to other enterprise HCM platforms (Kronos, UKG etc.) is also relevant.
• Certifications: HCM platform or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Kronos) are a strong advantage.
