Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Solution Architect to lead a large HR transformation programme, focusing on Workday solutions and a new HR Service Desk. This contract role is hybrid, based in Reading, with on-site requirements a few days per week.

You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align HR technology strategy, ensuring integrated HR platforms and enterprise HR technology design.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect with HR transformation programmes.
• Strong background delivering HR Transformation projects and enterprise HR technology solutions.
• Hands-on Workday knowledge.
• Experience with ServiceNow HR (HRSD) and related HR service management solutions.

Job description

Solution Architect (HR Transformation) / 6 months / Reading (Hybrid) / £500 - £545pd (Inside IR35)

I am currentely recruiting for a talented Solution Architect skilled working on HR Transformations to join a client of ours on an initial 6 month contract. This has been determined inside IR35 and will be completed on a hybrid bases - ideally with you going onsite atleast twice per week in Reading.
