We’re seeking a skilled Solution Architect to define and realize strategic outcomes through IT change and innovation in the Customer Servicing domain.
Nationwide employs modern technologies to enhance digital experiences and supports a blend of human and digital services in branches and contact centers. The role involves leading architecture and solution design for our Colleague Servicing landscape, providing technical leadership, and ensuring solution integrity.
The successful candidate will have experience in modernizing systems, adopting on-prem and cloud-native technologies, and working within a regulated environment.
We offer hybrid working, with at least two days per week at our Swindon or London offices. Further details will be provided upon application.
