Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting for a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service Line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures, ensuring successful implementation.

  • The position is permanent.
  • Location options include Ipswich, London, or Bristol.
  • Hybrid working model: minimum once a month in the office.
  • Salary: £75k - £110k, plus up to 18% bonus, pension, and other benefits.
  • The client is a global Financial Services company; experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations.
  • Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital-focused solution architecture with customer-centric functions.
  • End-to-end solution architecture experience for customer products, including design, modeling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership.
  • Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience in enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems.
  • Customer Journey experience.
