Job Description:

Hawksworth is recruiting a Solution Architect with experience in the Customer Service line for a large organization. This role involves working closely with Customer Focused Engineering product teams to define and deliver technology roadmaps and solution architectures.

  • The position is permanent.
  • Location: Exeter
  • Hybrid working, with a minimum of once a month in the office.
  • Salary: Up to £110k + up to 18% bonus + excellent pension and benefits.
  • The client is a global Financial Services company; experience in Financial Services is highly desirable.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience as a Solution Architect in medium to large organizations.
  • Background in Agile, product-centric technology development, and digital solution architecture focused on customer functions.
  • End-to-end solution architecture experience for customer products, including design, modelling, coding frameworks, integrations, and operational ownership.
  • Expertise in designing solutions using Salesforce, preferably Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience enabling CRM within complex application ecosystems.
  • Customer Journey experience.
