Job summary

Clinisys is seeking a Solution Architect to design, configure and deploy LIMS solutions across the UK and Ireland. You will act as a trusted advisor, optimise laboratory workflows and support customers through design, testing and go-live.

You will lead implementations, collaborate with customer teams and drive standardisation while exploring AI opportunities to enhance automation and data quality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering healthcare IT, LIMS or laboratory software solutions.
• Strong understanding of pathology laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations.
• Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience with healthcare integrations and messaging standards (HL7, FHIR).
• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.
• Strong problem-solving, solution design and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• UK or Ireland healthcare sector experience preferred.

Role Summary

As aSolution Architect, you will work closely with healthcare and laboratory customers to design, configure and deploy Clinisys LIMS solutions across the UK and Ireland. Acting as a trusted advisor and technical subject matter expert, you will help optimise laboratory workflows, deliver successful implementations and support customers through solution design, testing and go-live.

Skills & Experience

• Experience delivering healthcare IT, LIMS or laboratory software solutions.

• Strong understanding of pathology laboratory workflows and healthcare regulations.

• Customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.

• Experience with healthcare integrations and messaging standards (HL7, FHIR).

• Knowledge of cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure.

• Strong problem-solving, solution design and technical troubleshooting skills.

As part of our onboarding process, all new employees will be required to attend / travel to the office on their first day of employment. This requirement is essential for onboarding activities, including the identity verification, completion of necessary documentation, receiving your IT equipment, introductions to key team members, and orientation to Clinisys policies and procedures.
