The implementation of DRIVE includes the rollout of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Finance & Supply Chain Management, including standard processes that are documented and maintained across all functions.

Job Description

• Reporting to Lead Solution Architect, be the point of contact for the Factories solution template during the global DRIVE programme rollout.
• Support the DRIVE IT Function Leads / Function Deployment Leads with solution-related queries from BT DRIVE Programme/Project Managers.
• Liaise with other EA team members for specific expertise areas such as FinOps, CE, Integrations, Data, etc.
• Coordinate with functions like Engineering, Finance, Operations to ensure understanding and assessment of solution changes.
• Act as the solution governance authority for the Factories solution across processes, systems, and applications.
• Ensure the delivery of required deployment phase outputs, such as updated solution design documents.
• Support architecture governance by identifying opportunities for system use that may impact the Factories solution template.
• Analyze business requirements with the Business Analysis team and align expectations with current/future technology capabilities.
• Create the technical vision based on business needs and lead system solution development.
• Document the relevant solution architecture covering process, software, data, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience with D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management, including product configurators (e-Con / Experlogix), and knowledge of product configurations & BOMs linked to items/products (Bluestar).
• General CRM/ERP knowledge, including system handoffs and integrations.
• Understanding of Project Execution, especially using Project Management Accounting in D365 F&SCM.
• Experience with document generation and management tools like Lasernet / Loftware connected to D365 F&SCM.
• Appreciation of product data management and ERP integrations.
• Experience with large-scale technology projects, including planning, implementation, analysis, design, and deployment.
