Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience creating 3D models, assemblies and technical drawings in SolidWorks.
• Understanding of engineering principles and basic structural analysis.
• Familiarity with materials and processes used in architectural metalwork and structural steel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical documentation.
• Clear communication, teamwork and time management in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD or other design software and knowledge of welding/sheet metal fabrication would help.

Responsibilities

• Create SolidWorks 3D models, assemblies and drawings for fabrication and installation.
• Collaborate with production, site teams and senior draughtsmen to ensure manufacturability.
• Review designs in cross-functional design reviews and implement feedback.
• Support projects from concept through to completion with accurate documentation.
