Horwich Farrelly is recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join our Dispute Resolution team in Manchester. You will handle a varied caseload in commercial disputes, explaining complex issues clearly to clients and colleagues.

We welcome applicants from NQ through to Associate Partner with a track record in dispute resolution. The role offers a collaborative, supportive environment and opportunities for business development across a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge of dispute resolution and litigation processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative mindset with teamwork focus.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial disputes.
• Manage your own caseload and support larger, complex matters.

Commercial disputes are an inevitable part of business. Our breadth of experience allows us to quickly identify the key issues, develop effective strategies and deliver practical solutions that help clients protect their interests and achieve their commercial goals. Whether through negotiation, mediation, arbitration or litigation, we guide clients through every stage of the dispute resolution process.

As our Dispute Resolution practice continues to grow, we're recruiting across a number of levels, from Newly Qualified Solicitors through to Associate Partners. We welcome applications from talented lawyers who are looking to work on complex, high-quality disputes for a diverse client base that includes FTSE 100, Euro 250 and owner-managed businesses.

Depending on your experience and level, you will:

• Advise clients on a broad range of commercial and corporate disputes.
• Manage your own caseload and support on larger, complex matters.

• Draft and review a variety of litigation and dispute resolution documents.
• Work closely with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders.

What do I need?

We're interested in hearing from qualified Solicitors at all stages of their career, from NQ level through to Associate Partner, who have experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
