Job summary

BTO Solicitors LLP in Glasgow (hybrid) invites applications from ambitious newly qualified solicitors to join our Property and Professional Liability team. The role covers insurance litigation matters including property damage, product liability, construction contracts, and insurance policy coverage issues, with 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and enthusiastic newly qualified legal Solicitor to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will join a team which provides advice and support to clients on a variety of insurance litigation matters, including:

• Property damage;
• Product liability;
• Construction contracts; and
• Insurance policy coverage issues.

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain high standards of professional conduct whilst delivering against fee earning targets
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Work effectively as part of a collaborative team, including participation and contribution to team meetings
