At Simpson Millar, we're looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about high-value clinical negligence work and ready to make a real impact—both for clients and within a forward-thinking firm—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing a mixed caseload of Clinical Negligence matters, with a focus on complex, high-value cases
• Handling your own advocacy, where appropriate
• Supporting the growth and development of our Clinical Negligence department
• Building strong local networks and referral relationships to drive new business
• Collaborating with other Partners to nurture internal referral opportunities
• Utilising our case management systems and ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Playing an active role in marketing initiatives, including contributing to our website content and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Clinical/Medical Negligence
• Proven track record of managing a busy and varied caseload
• Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
• Confidence with legal tech and case management systems
• Commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for clients
