Solicitor – Litigation & Dispute Resolution – Cardiff – 3+ Years PQE
Location: Cardiff
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time (with hybrid flexibility)
Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 (DOE, above market)

A respected and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation & Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE to join its expanding team in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a varied and stimulating caseload within a supportive, ambitious department that is continuing to build its profile across Wales and the wider region.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing a broad caseload of commercial and civil disputes, including:

• Contractual disputes
• Property and boundary litigation
• Leasehold and landlord/tenant disputes
• Professional negligence
• Contested probate matters
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Handling small claims, fast track, intermediate track and multi track matters
• Advising clients through all stages of dispute resolution – pre action, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, correspondence and key legal documents
• Representing clients in court and alternative dispute resolution forums

Candidate Requirements
